Eligibility

Account Registration

One account per player is permitted. 378bd defines "one account" as one per individual natural person, regardless of device, phone number, email address, household, or IP address. Players found to hold more than one 378bd account will have all duplicate accounts closed and any associated bonus funds forfeited.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Do not share your username, password, or account details with any other person under any circumstances.

  • Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). 378bd may request documentation before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days will result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.
  • Active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before a withdrawal can be processed. If a withdrawal is requested while a bonus is active and the wagering requirement has not been met, 378bd reserves the right to remove the bonus and any winnings generated from bonus funds before processing the withdrawal of the remaining real-money balance.
  • Processing times for withdrawals depend on the selected payment method and account verification status. Typical processing time following verification clearance is the same business day. 378bd is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
  • Players may not deposit funds on behalf of another player or accept deposits from third parties. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name.

Bonuses and Promotions

378bd may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section and to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between general bonus terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

  • Each bonus has an associated wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g. 30x). This means the bonus amount, or the bonus plus deposit amount where stated, must be wagered that number of times in eligible games before any withdrawal is permitted.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 378bd platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all funds including winnings, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

  • Opening more than one account on the 378bd platform, or attempting to circumvent a previous account closure by registering a new account.

Account Suspension and Termination

Amendments to These Terms

Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any term, or administrative updates) may take effect immediately upon publication without prior notice.

Governing Law and Contact
